At Beagle Haven, we are deeply committed to ensuring every puppy is placed in a safe, loving, and responsible home. Because we are dealing with the life and well-being of a living animal, our return and refund policies are specifically structured to prioritize and protect the ongoing health, safety, and security of our puppies.
Deposits
All puppy reservation deposits are non-refundable unless Beagle Haven is unable to provide your selected puppy due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits are required to secure your specific puppy and remove them from active availability to other interested families. Because these commitments are final, we strongly encourage all buyers to carefully review their timeline and decision before placing a deposit.
Final Payments
Final payments made for adopted puppies are generally non-refundable once delivery, pickup, or transportation arrangements have been confirmed.
Health Concerns
All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. If a serious health concern is identified within the period covered by our health guarantee, buyers should contact us immediately with veterinary documentation.
We are committed to working with families fairly and responsibly in situations involving verified health-related issues.
Returns
We strongly encourage families to be fully prepared before adopting a puppy. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to keep your puppy, please contact us directly.
Our priority is ensuring every puppy remains in a safe and caring environment. In certain situations, we may assist with rehoming arrangements.
